Today I woke up at 8:30, for the second day in a row. Even though it requires my roommates to shake me and turn the lights on to wake me up, getting up this early three days in a row has already been an accomplishment for me! I didn’t waste that much time before starting the workout. The 10 Minute Trainer has replaced my morning coffee for my boost of energy. Today was cardio again, I am getting more comfortable doing the different moves, so now I am not wasting half the minute trying to figure out what it is I am trying to be doing. After cardio was Abs, and I took less breaks this time. The ab exercises that start off in plank are the most difficult for me, so I usually do the easier option that Tony offers.
Today was also my first day doing the 10 Minute Trainer yoga flex. It was really nice to end the workout with some stretching. It had been a while since I have really taken the time to stretch, and it something I should do everytime I workout. I liked the 10 Minute Trainer yoga workout, it was definitely somethign I could handle. This summer I took my first yoga class, and it was not at all what I expected. I did not expect to break a sweat and feel my muscles burn, and despite being the youngest one in the class by at least 20 years I was struggling most. But hopefully as these workouts become more routine that will not be the case anymore!
As far as the nutrition plan has been working out for me, so far I have been eating very healthy at school. Not even having junk food in the kitchen makes that not even an option for me, and being so busy with classes I do not have the time to snack. So far my breakfasts have consisted of Cheerios or a cup of yogurt with some fruit, like suggested on the meal plan. The most difficult thing to follow with the nutrition plan is when to eat during the day. With classes back to back I can’t always eat every 2-3 hours, but I do my best!

Really interesting and very use full post. like it….\
