I never realized that working the abs could feel just as intense as 10 minutes of cardio, if not more. Hang in there, and as long as you push yourself to do a little bit more than you did the day before, you'll be doing it all in no time!

I completely understand, after doing the ab workout for the first time, you would have thought I ran three miles. I tried to do all thirty minutes, but I just ended up laying on the floor during the ab workout, and not actually doing anything.
And, man, I have never sweated so much in my life.
But it feels good. I'm really excited to start seeing some results, but I know that's going to take some time.
I'm also a sopnomore in college, and it's good to know I'm not the only one doing this.
You seem to be better at than me, though. I kind of half-assed my way through the twenty minutes that I did.
Hopefully it'll get easier.
Keep up the awesome work.

So I got mine today.

I tried to do all thirty minutes, but I just ended up laying on the floor during the ab workout, and not actually doing anything.

And, man, I have never sweated so much in my life.

But it feels good.
