10 Minute Trainer Reviews: Day Nine, A break from cardio

I enjoyed today’s workout, doing Yoga, Lower Body and Total Body. I think Total Body is becoming my favorite. I think itsĀ  because I really feel it working my arms, and that is definitely an area that I ignore, but also am concious of. Also, I have made progress! Raising the bands above my head I was not able to do at first, but today I was able to, no problem. Yoga was nice and relaxing as always, though today my shoulder started to bother me when I was doing the right angle stretch.

In addition to these workouts I really wanna start running on my own. There is a great bike path along the river, two minutes from where I live, and it is always so nice to run on, but unfortunately I have not found the time to dedicate to that. I know if I used my time more wisely I could probably fit it in at least 4 times a week, but it something I’ll have to work on.
