10 Minute Trainer Reviews: Day 23, In a Rush

AH so today I am rushing to get a lot of stuff done before I catch my bus for New York. I only made time to do Total Body today. I don’t know if that was the best idea, my back feels like I pulled a muscle or something. I probably didn’t but it just feels like it needs to be massaged. Maybe its from stress…I don’t think its from the workout. Anyway, I finally got my week four pictures done. So far I have been happy with my progress. My roommates said the other day I was looking good, as in they saw a difference…so I’m happy with that!

    Hi, I am following your blog with great interest. would you kindly post the first set of pics so it can be enlarged and/or if you measured yourself. It does not seem that you lost anything, at least i cannot see it. I feel the same, lots of effort but the advertised promise is not even in sight. If anything I am now bulkier, hence larger :(
