Today was a long day of class. After class I had to go do a shoot for photography, which I actually didn’t mind because I had to take pictures outside, and it ended up being a beautiful day here in Philadelphia. Unfortunately when I got to the spot where I wanted to shoot at my camera ran out of battery and memory card was full after three pictures…so I’ll have to go back tomorrow and hope the sun is just as good. The place where I wanted to take picutures was a long the river, so I walked on the bike path which was beautiful, and it made me wanna get my act together and get back into running everyday. I know I mentioned it earlier how I wanted to get back in that routine, but in order to that I would have to wake up earlier and start my days earlier, and that is just isn’t easy for me.
Today was the second day of trying out the new cardio workout. I still like it, but there a few excersises that are so weird to me, and I feel funny doing it…like I must look 10 times as weird as the girl doing it in the video does. Like the Bella Twist, I know it has to be working something, but I don’t feel it. There was another one where you have to like…wiggle, which will take some getting used to. In addition to the cardio, I did Total Body, and Lower Body, and as always those feel good to do. Tomorrow is Wednesday, and that means I am already half way done with my week
!

So I just bought this workout and me and my husband have been doing it for the last two days. I have been trying to get real people reviews of this but they are hard to find. I saw you site and was wondering how much you have lost doing this for 26 days. What about inches? Does this really work? Thanks
So far I’d say I’ve lost about 6 pounds…I think the results would be even greater if I was more strict about the nutrition plan…and didn’t go out and party on the weekends. I haven’t been keeping track of inches though. It definitely does work though, I feel a lot more toned, and I think its visible as well. I’ll posting my week 5 Pictures, and you can see for yourself.
