10 Minute Trainer Reviews: Day 37, Still Alive

Sorry I have been M.I.A…I haven’t stopped the workout, I just have been extremely busy. I know I say that in almost every post but this week especially I barely had time to shower and eat, let alone squeeze in a workout. On top my extremely crammed schedule there was a mess of things unplanned that distracted me and took me away from the workout. I was not planning on being swept up by my friends and convinced to run outside on the streets of Philadelphia into crazy riots when the Phillies won the world series. It was completely spontaneous, and probably not the smartest move to blow off my homework I was working on to run outside in the cold night, to be in packed crowds surrounded by people climbing traffic lights and lighting off fireworks. The streets of Philadelphia after the Phillies won was epic, and I probalby wont have an experience like that ever again. Unfortunately the next morning I started feeling sick…achey and starting to feel a cold come on, so that definitely set me back, and I had to prepare myself for a crazy weekend….Halloween at college is definitely more intense then back at home.

But now thats over…im back! I know I’ve said that too before, but obviously my priorities at school come before my 10 minute trainer work out, and I think everyone encounters this problem of being too busy when it comes to their workout plans. So today to get back in the game I did cardio, abs, and lower body. I think the almost week break I had definitely set me back, and was more of a challenge. Abs was required more of an effort than usual, but as always cardio worked me pretty good.
