Tonight I did Lower Body, Abs and Total Body. To be honest it had been a while since I’ve done Total Body and it definteitly felt like more of a challenge than it once was for me. With these workouts getting somewhat repetitive I really feel like taking a class, or going for a long run, something to switch up the cardio…I think it would be a good idea to do once or twice a week…just enough to keep my interest up, but also not so much so that I am not sticking to the work out. The all of the other workouts haven’t seemed to repetitive to me…maybe it is because the excersizes there are in cardio are so unfamiliar to me. Never having played a sport in my life, they feel like excersizes you would do in sports practice, which to me feels foreign.
