I woke up, and my one three hour class was cancelled, so that freed up a whole lot of my day, not only that but that meant that was one less class that would assign homework for this weekend, which is so good because tomorrow I am going to New York City for the night, to see my family. I&#8217;m leaving tomorrow afternoon and then getting back Saturday afternoon so I&#8217;ll be able to squeeze in workouts both days. Not only that, but when I go to the city with my family, we walk absolutely everywhere, so that trip itself will be a workout.</p><p>Today I woke up, had my breakfast of a granny smith apple, and some oatmeal. That has been my breakfast almost everyday this week&#8230;I find myself not eating what I want, but eating whatever is about to go bad in my fridge. So basically salad has been my lunch everyday as well. For dinner, I made black beans and vegetables and that was very filling. Today I did Abs and Total Body. I cut it close working out before class, so I only did it 20 minutes, and to be honest, I am so sick of cardio.
