Before it used to be  I could not function [...]]]></description> <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Today I got up after my alarm clock went off only one time! It was quite an accomplishment for me. Still half asleep I made my routine breakfast of oatmeal and a granny smith apple. I feel like I cannot function until I have eaten breakfast. Before it used to be  I could not function until I had a cup of coffee. For the longest time I would never eat breakfast, which my parents knew, and kept telling me how important it was. I don&#8217;t know why I never wanted to eat it, until one day mom started making me breakfast (and by breakfast I mean a toasted bagel or toast) and brought it into my room, so I was able to eat as I rushed to get ready for school. If it wasn&#8217;t for her practically making me get into the habit of eating breakfast, I think I would still be skipping it, and making up for it later in the day. Now that I am so dependant on it I have no idea how I used to get by skipping breakfast.</p><p>I watched tv as I ate my oatmeal and could barely keep my eyes open. I thought about crawling right back in bed and getting another couple hours of sleep, but I fought it off and was able to get some productive hours of work in and I did my work out all before my classes today. Today I did Yoga, Abs, and Lower Body. I went to go vote around three, thinking I would avoid the rush of people going before or after work&#8230;maybe I did, but I still had to wait an hour and half to vote. It was definitely worth it though. Now Philly has another to go wild about. While watching the results my roommates and I baked cakes to give us something to do while we waited in anticipation.</p><p>I was done for the day at three, and didn&#8217;t have that much homework, so I defintiey relaxed and had downtime. For my workout I did lower body, Total Body, and Cardio. I must admit with this weekend being Halloween, and well, also being a weekend, my healthy eating went downhill for a couple days, but again I am getting back on track. I felt that I had been eating so healthy for so long that I was due for a nice &#8220;treat&#8221; and ordered fries with a sandwich one day, and went out to breakfast another morning. So I got off track, but I know I&#8217;ll get back on. Eating healthier is easier for me than making myself do the <a

I had to do a photoshoot for photography but I hated walking around the city when it was aboslutely gray out. My class at one was about 10 minute long which was so nice, so I was really productive with my day. Then I had a night class which suprisingly hasn&#8217;t been that bad or as painful as I had planned on it being. After my night class I had a meeting to go to, then I finally came back to finish some work and do my work out. I started out doing my workouts in the morning, but now it has turned into a night time thing, I would prefer to do it in the mornings but it just always seems to work out this way.</p><p>Today I did abs, Cardio, and Lower Body again&#8230;and I also did a lot of walking around the city today to add to my excersize. The same combination wasn&#8217;t too repetitive for me, so I didn&#8217;t mind. Tomorrow is election day! I will most definitely get out to vote for my first presidential election <img

Some personal things came up that I had to deal with, so I was exhausted physically and emotionally that I just didn&#8217;t push myself to work-out. If anyone is reading this religious I apologize for not posting&#8230;I usually am really good about keeping up with this, so I just slipped out. Well I have a feeling this is going to be a long week. I am pretty jam packed with obligations between my sorority and my classes, which all happen to have big projects due this week.</p><p>Today, when things calmed down, I got right back into it and did Cardio, Lower Abs, and Yoga. I can&#8217;t believe I am at Week Six now!  At this point a lot of the excersizes have become rather easy, mostly in lower Abs, but still I get a workout. As this workout gets more repetitive, and I feel less challenged, it is definitely not like those first few workouts where I was totally wiped after it. As far as my eating has been, I have kept to eat healthy, with rarely eating junk food. I think the nutritional component is a very big of how much results you see. I know weeks where I eat better and healthier, I see better results. After class I had to go do a shoot for photography, which I actually didn&#8217;t mind because I had to take pictures outside, and it ended up being a beautiful day here in Philadelphia. Unfortunately when I got to the spot where I wanted to shoot at my camera ran out of battery and memory card was full after three pictures&#8230;so I&#8217;ll have to go back tomorrow and hope the sun is just as good. The place where I wanted to take picutures was a long the river, so I walked on the bike path which was beautiful, and it made me wanna get my act together and get back into running everyday. I know I mentioned it earlier how I wanted to get back in that routine, but in order to that I would have to wake up earlier and start my days earlier, and that is just isn&#8217;t easy for me.</p><p>Today was the second day of trying out the new cardio workout. I still like it, but there a few excersises that are so weird to me, and I feel funny doing it&#8230;like I must look 10 times as weird as the girl doing it in the video does. Like the Bella Twist, I know it has to be working something, but I don&#8217;t feel it. There was another one where you have to like&#8230;wiggle, which will take some getting used to. In addition to the cardio, I did Total Body, and Lower Body, and as always those feel good to do. Tomorrow is Wednesday, and that means I am already half way done with my week <img

Also, I think taking a break to work out  while studying definitely wakes you up and makes your more alert and ready to study even more.</p><p>Today was Total Body, Lower Body, and I did Abs instead of cardio, because I am so sick of cardio. It felt good to do Total Body, it felt like it had been a while since I had to do that. I work fairly early this morning, and after my breakfast of oatmeal and an apple, I walked into Center City to take pictures for a photography assignment. I didn&#8217;t really have a plan or a route mapped out, so I just kept walking as long as there were interesting things to take pictures of. I was out for about two hours, and I covered a lot of the city, and it was starting to get hot while I was outside, so it felt like a mini work out to start my day off. Then I got back, and relaxed a little bit. Made myself a nice big salad with all of my fresh vegetables, and started on some more work. It seems like I can&#8217;t work more than 2 or 3 hours without taking a break, no matter what I am doing and how much I am enjoying it. So my today my day basically consisted of working and breaks&#8230;finally by 7 I was done with all my work due for tomorrow and did my work out.</p><p>Today it was my favorite combination again, Cardio, Lower Body, Abs. Today was a little difficult because I was tired and lazy all day, so getting the motivation to even start it was hard, and then staying focused and putting a lot of effort into was hard to. I still think working out in the morning is better for me, in terms of having the energy, but it seems like with my schedule its always easy to work out at night. Today the first day where with out even thinking, or having to look at the screen I knew what move would be next. I think thats a good sign. For some reason lower body was more difficult for me today. The three way jockey thing burned more than usual and I wanted to stop&#8230;but I didn&#8217;t, so thats good! Usually I don&#8217;t let myself waste so much of the day like that, but then I had to keep reminding myself that I have tomorrow off <img
src='http://www.10minuteworkoutreview.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':-)' class='wp-smiley' /> Such a treat, because that means I only have a three day week of classes. Tomorrow is also the start of my fourth week. That seems like so long to me! But then when I say 21 days, it doesn&#8217;t seem as long. I would say so far I am happy with my results. In general I just feel better. Even if at the end of this I don&#8217;t have a sick pack or look drastically different, I will still be happy to be living a healthier lifestyle, and have better habits.</p><p>So finally when I snapped out of my lethargic mood today I got a chunk of work done. My homework for one my design classes is mostly about developing good craftmanship, so I find the work for it to be relaxing acutally. Being a sophomore my classes are now all related to graphic design, so even though I have a heavier work load, I love what I&#8217;m doing. After  working for a bit, I went to the grocery store with my roomate. The weather here is so nice, and we went around sunset, so what is usually an annoying walk to the grocery store was really enjoyable. It had been a while since I went grocery shopping, and I had to competely restock my fridge with vegetables, so it was large&#8230;and expensive shopping trip. But it should last me a while&#8230;it should at least!</p><p>Then when I got back, I worked out. Started out with Lower Body, and Cardio, and finished with Abs. I always think that lower body is going to feel like yoga, like I&#8217;ll feel it in my muscles, but I wont break a sweat, but then a couple minutes in I&#8217;m already sweating. I really liked this combination today&#8230;by day 20, I am definitely developing favorites when it comes to the different combinations of <a

I know that whenever do Abs, I&#8217;ll definitely feel it work, but I always forget that how much of a sweat it is. I never have a problem making time for the 10-30 minute work out, but for the shower after and the getting ready time to follow is what I have a hard time making time for. So today, I broke up the 3 work outs, and did them through out the day. I don&#8217;t know why I didn&#8217;t think to do that earlier. When I got back from my errands (which consisteted of 3 hours of walking around the city&#8230;and doing some shopping <img
src='http://www.10minuteworkoutreview.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':-)' class='wp-smiley' /> I did cardio, and lower body. For dinner, I made a delicious pizza, it such an easy and cheap thing to make, that will feed me and all my roomates, and since I&#8217;m making it myself, I can keep it healthier.</p><p>So my weekend officially started at 12:30 today, and so far it has been very productive! I am spoiled and get a four day weekend, so it won&#8217;t be hard to fit all my work outs in this weekend.
