href="http://www.extremebodyworkout.com/10-minute-trainer-products/10-minute-trainer.php">10 minute trainer</a> work out today, the bad news is that it was late at night, which probably isn&#8217;t the best thing to do. Anyway, today was very hectic and busy, but thats something I&#8217;m getting used to, and it hasn&#8217;t gotten to me yet.</p><p>I have my first midterm tomorrow&#8230;but I think I am well prepared. I didn&#8217;t want to work out until I felt I had everything covered, so thats why I waited. Also, I think taking a break to work out  while studying definitely wakes you up and makes your more alert and ready to study even more.</p><p>Today was Total Body, Lower Body, and I did Abs instead of cardio, because I am so sick of cardio. It felt good to do Total Body, it felt like it had been a while since I had to do that. Well tomorrow I should be able to workout at more reasonable time&#8230;but sometimes you just have to fit it in when you can. I promise my week 4 pictures will be up soon.
